Terms of Service

1. Engagement and scope

Each project begins with a written proposal that describes the services, deliverables, timeline, and fees. The proposal, once accepted, becomes part of these Terms and governs the specific engagement.

Any changes to scope, including additional features or new deliverables, will be discussed and agreed in writing, along with any impact on timeline or budget.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are outlined in the project proposal and may be structured as fixed-fee, time-based, or a hybrid model. Unless specified otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to pause work on a project if invoices are significantly overdue, after reasonable notice has been given.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables as described in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, Norm Agency retains ownership of its underlying tools, methods, design systems, and any non-client-specific components.

We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Warranties and limitations

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. However, complex digital products may contain issues that only surface over time or in specific environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norm Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our work or this website.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
